1.Stretch
It's very important to stretch your muscles before and after a workout. Stretching prevents tears, cramping or strain on the body. Never stretch muscles when they are cold, make sure you get a good warm up. When stretching you should feel a nice pull in the muscles.
2.Breath
Make sure to breath when you are working out. Breathing increases your amount of energy and helps your body to recover during the workout. Holding your breath during an exercise makes your blood pressure go up and causes you to become dizzy or black out.
3.Cool Down
Mayo Clinic recommends, "After your workout, walk or continue your activity at a low intensity for five to 10 minutes. For example, after a 30-minute session of brisk walking, cool down by slowing your walking pace for five to 10 minutes."
4.Every day?
YES, exercise every day. It is more beneficial to workout every day verses 3 to 4 times a week. You get better results and you become more efficient.
5.Right Attire
Make sure you are wearing the right attire during workouts. Don't wear jeans or any type of clothing that prevents you to fully move your body.. Also, proper shoes are an important key during workouts. .
6.Sleeping
At www.webmd.com, states that "Most adults need 7 to 8 hours a night for the best amount of sleep, although some people may need as few as 5 hours or as many as 10 hours of sleep each day."
7.Food & Water

8.Snacking

If you go in with a negative attitude when working out, you are already in defeat. Having a positive mind helps you remain focused, a good self-esteem and enjoy your workout!

Sometimes workouts can get hard or sometimes we get lazy. Either way it's not the answer. Keeping on moving and do your best!
