Alpha Gamma Delta spent their Saturday at Camp Glen Lakes in Glen Rose. The girls spent the night in the cabins and played get-to-know-you games.
"We got 45 wonderful girls," said Lizzie Ruess, Vice President of Recruitment. "We all had a fun time getting to know each other on bid day."
Phi Mu gathered at Heritage Park for the day. They had inflatable games, volleyball and lunch during the day and, later, watched a movie together.
"Bid day is a way for the sorority to show the new members how important they are," said Stephanie Bowden, Secretary and member of the bid day committee. "It's a great way to start off new relationships with all the sisters."
Delta Zeta spent the day in Fort Worth. They made turtles at Build-a-Bear, ate at Joe's Crab Shack and visited the Delta Zeta house at the University of Texas in Arlington.
"We are so excited to have the new girls. It couldn't have gone any better and everyone had a great time," said Amy Scott, president.
